Kübra Engüdar completed her undergraduate education in 2016 at Uludağ University's Psychology Department with honors. She completed her master's degree in 2019 at Istanbul Arel University's Clinical Psychology Department — with a thesis titled "The Mediating Role of Self-Compassion in the Relationship Between Perfectionism and Psychological Symptoms in Young Adults and Adults" — with high honors, earning the title of Clinical Psychologist.

In 2023, she completed the Family Counseling Certificate Program at Biruni University with 450 hours of training and supervision, earning the qualification of Family Counselor. Holding U.S. credential equivalency for both degrees, she has been living in New York since June 2025 and continues to offer online counseling with an internationally recognized educational background.
